Hexi was a senior software engineer at Amazon Web Services as of 2024. One day, he grabbed coffee with his best friend's dad, who was on the founding team of BitTitan. The coffee chat turned into a 4-hour conversation about the past, present and future of MSPs. Hexi was shocked to learn about an IT world outside the cloud. If Cloud is the backbone of enterprise, MSPs are the backbone of America's small medium businesses. Soon after, Hexi moved to San Francisco to immerse himself in the technology innovation, with the ambition of bringing the AI Innovation to every MSP. Bumblebee was born.
