Founding Story
Hexi was a senior software engineer at Amazon Web Services as of 2024. One day, he grabbed coffee with his best friend's dad, who was on the founding team of BitTitan. The coffee chat turned into a 4-hour conversation about the past, present and future of MSPs. Hexi was shocked to learn about an IT world outside the cloud. If Cloud is the backbone of enterprise, MSPs are the backbone of America's small medium businesses. Soon after, Hexi moved to San Francisco to immerse himself in the technology innovation, with the ambition of bringing the AI Innovation to every MSP. Bumblebee was born.
Today, Hexi leads a team of automation engineers who work directly with MSPs — shadowing their operations, building automation alongside their techs, and handing it back when it's running.

We can help you out. The initial consultation maps your highest-volume, lowest-judgment work and proposes the first automation. You don't need a backlog of ideas — just an honest picture of where your team's time goes.
Four weeks, max. We only accept engagements we can deploy in that window — sprawling workflows get broken into smaller pieces or passed on. Integration setup is usually same-day; the rest is iteration with your team in the loop.
About two hours a week, minimum — enough to walk us through the work, react to drafts, and approve what we deploy. If you want to learn the AI tooling yourself, plan extra time — but it's optional.
You own the automation — the working workflows, the configuration, and the knowledge to maintain or extend them. Run them yourself, evolve them as your processes change, or bring us back for the next engagement.
Yes — the platform supports self-service onboarding with basic tutorials. If you're comfortable with AI tooling, you'll do well building your own workflows. If you'd rather skip the learning curve, the done-for-you engagement is the other path.
We build it. Our solution engineers shadow your team to learn how the work is done, then design and build the automation on our platform — with your team in the loop. You don't need to know how to build workflows yourself.
Tell us during the consultation. We add new integrations during the engagement, so missing connectivity is rarely a blocker. New integrations become available to every other customer too.
Bugs in what we built are on us — reach out and we'll fix them. If your underlying workflow changes, the update is on you. The platform supports safe iteration: build the next version, test, and deploy.
Yes. We work with MSPs who resell our automation to their clients. Partner-led engagements use a different revenue-sharing model — if you have a client need that fits our engagement timeline, book a partner consultation.
