Cybertron Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a Bumblebee (“Bumblebee,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) values your privacy and is committed to providing you with transparency about our privacy practices through this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).  Please carefully review this privacy policy to understand our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data we receive, including from our customers and visitors to our websites, located at https://hirebumblebee.com/ (“Websites”) and as otherwise required to provide our workflow automation services (“Services”). Bumblebee is a United States (“US”) based company and does not advertise or market its services outside of the US or to children. For clarity, this Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party links to websites or to any third party applications or integrations available through the Websites and our Services. You may directly provide us personal data in person, on the phone, or through the Websites (such as through form fields, when you book a meeting/demo, e-sign a document, email us, provide feedback, complete a questionnaire/survey) for us to provide our Services or for us to respond to your requests.

We may use your personal data, such as your name, contact information, billing information, and any other information you share as part of your account to manage your account, process payments, and communicate with you, or as otherwise required to provide you with the Services or operate our business.

We may use personal data, such as contact data and professional information, to contact you about our products and services, provide you with marketing emails, to personalize your experience on our Websites, and to inform you about company marketing, such as events and promotions.

Stripe or others) and conduct sales and marketing activities, as well as with our advisors, agents, business affiliates, business partners, and other entities.

We may share your personal data as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or as we determine is necessary to protect our rights, protect the safety of you, us, or others, such as to investigate fraud, enforce our terms, respond to government requests, or for other legal purposes, including pursuing legal remedies.

  • With your permission. We may share your personal data with your permission or authorization in certain cases, such as with third parties for joint marketing initiatives or to otherwise carry out your requests.

Please be aware we cannot guarantee hackers or unauthorized personnel will not gain access to your personal data. We will retain your personal data as long as necessary to carry out our business operations and legal obligations.

  • Direct Marketing. To opt-out of marketing emails we send, please press the unsubscribe link in such email or contact us below. At present, our Websites do not adhere to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time for any reason, at our sole discretion.
